Inkheart

This was a movie that we have wanted to see ever since we finished listening to the audiobook. The book Inkheart by Cornelia Funke was an enjoyable story (translated from German) and certainly made for some fun listening while we drove. Last Friday, we finally watched Inkheart with Landon & Laura Hatfield. Diana and I both enjoyed the movie and felt like it was fairly true to the book, even though they shortened the overall story, added some special effects and modifyed the ending. Overall, a great story with action, suspense and fun characters.

PS. This was the first movie I saw on Blu-Ray. Very Impressive! I got to get me one of those.
